Purpose:

We are looking for an IT Lead Data Engineer to support the monitoring, maintenance, and implementation of new data workflows and services. This person will contribute to the design and implementation of new mission-critical data pipelines in an autonomous environment while ensuring data quality and integrity stays consistent.

You will be responsible for:

• Contributing to our platform's vision and architecture
• Creating scalable data solutions to support our continued growth
• Contributing data workflows to support business and customer needs
• Ensuring that data quality and integrity are maintained across all services
• Deploying new solutions on AWS with infrastructure as code
• Contributing to a collaborative learning environment with an experienced team

• 
  Demonstrable experience in software development, data engineering, or subject matter expertise in a relevant field
• Demonstrable experience working with data at a scale
• Proven ability to write readable and testable code (Python)
• Automated testing experience (unit and integration)
• Experience with automated CI/CD (Github, Jenkins, Terraform)
• Experience with containerized application development is a plus (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• SQL experience
• Infrastructure as code experience is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A good attitude and ability to learn quickly on the job
• Experience with ETL tools
• Advanced English Skills
